Hey there. Man it's hot. I couldn't sleep so I started work on the 'permies v contractors' storyline I've been wanting to do.

I know that some of you out there reading Detox may be unfamiliar with the terminology so I thought it best I explain it. Detox style that is he he. So don't take it too seriously. As always it's done with tongue firmly in the cheek. :o)

In other news you have probably learned by now that the BBFC cut the Tomb Raider movie. I don't expect it will make much difference to those of you that are not as fanatical about Tomb Raider as I but it pisses me off when something is censored in one place but not another. They should have multiple releases. In screen 4 you can see the 15 version and in screen 5 you can see the 12 certificate. Your choice (also depends on your age).

I was tempted to do a strip taking the mickey out of the BBFC featuring lots of knives and a censored bit. But I thought.. no. I've veered off the track a few times recently and never got back to a story thread that I had started. Sorry Duncan!

Anyho.. hopefully you will enjoy these er.. explanations if you will, about the differences between being a permie and a contractor. All the strips are already created so there will be no veering off the subject. Seriously.

Oh, and apologies for the Doll Hunter advert that appeared in this space recently. I just wanted to test the water but I think I got the message. Comics yes, stories no. I'll save that for another forum. As for what was written in Lex Two. Did you know he grows strange herbs in his garden?
